Alpha Brothers announced on the 7th that it has been selected as a 2023 Work-Learning Dual System participating company, a program organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and managed by the Korea Human Resource Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea). The selection process included document reviews, on-site inspections, and centralized assessments, with the final decision made by a review committee.
The Work-Learning Dual System is a national initiative aimed at fostering practical, workplace-ready talent. It provides systematic, NCS (National Competency Standards)-based education and training for employees hired by participating companies, supporting the development of customized talent tailored to each company. By combining off-the-job training (OFF-JT) and on-the-job training (OJT), the program helps cultivate competency-based, practical technical professionals.
With this selection, Alpha Brothers can now conduct intensive training for its current employees in relevant job roles. During the training period, employees are eligible for benefits such as enrollment in the four major insurances, wage compensation exceeding the minimum wage for training hours, and opportunities for stable employment.
Founded in 2018, Alpha Brothers has built a strong track record over the past four years, offering high-quality training programs for employees. The company is committed to maximizing employees' job skills through strong connections between job roles and training and achieving high external assessment pass rates.
An Alpha Brothers representative stated, "We are delighted to provide diverse educational opportunities for our employees through this program. Moving forward, we plan to expand the scope of training opportunities by applying for additional occupations such as Visual Design_L3 and Marketing_L3."
