No 9 to 6! Flexible Working Hours
The flexible working hours system allows employees to adjust their work schedules around core hours from 11 AM to 4 PM. You can start your day anytime between 8 AM and 11 AM, as long as you complete the basic 8-hour workday. If you've worked extended hours from Monday to Thursday, you're able to leave early on Friday, giving you a longer weekend to enjoy.
In 2023, Alpha Brothers conducted a survey among new hires to understand their welfare preferences, and "Flexible Working Hours" was ranked as the top choice. The autonomy to choose your working hours without worrying about what your boss or colleagues think enhances personal growth and productivity. Use Your Commute Time for Yourself with Remote Work
The remote work system allows you to work from anywhere you choose—whether it's from home, a café, or any place other than the office. Thanks to remote work, Alpha team members can save commuting time and use it for self-development, relaxation, or hobbies. Today, you might work from a café with great coffee, and tomorrow from a trendy hotspot with lots of pop-up stores! Working in different environments, rather than the same office every day, can boost your efficiency.
Most team members take advantage of remote work freely, except on Mondays when team meetings are typically held. For other meetings or internal communication, we use remote channels like Zoom.
As long as a team member isn't slacking off, there's no reason to deny remote work. In fact, many of our team members are more productive working from home than when they’re in the office. Since we're a design team, this might be especially true for us. It seems that when people work comfortably in environments where they can find inspiration, they tend to produce even better results.

Workation is a blend of "Work" and "Vacation," allowing employees to work while enjoying a getaway outside of their home or office. We had the opportunity to interview the Business Planning Team, one of the teams that recently experienced a workation through Alpha Brothers. Consultant Suae Kim from the Business Planning Team shared insights on whether there are any issues with the workation system and how Alpha Brothers employees can make the most of it.
Our Business Planning team recently went on a workation to Sokcho.
Just as we were starting to feel confined by always working in the office, the introduction of the workation system came at the perfect time, allowing us to work in a fresh, new environment.
What I was most excited about was the opportunity to explore Sokcho with my team after work. In reality, it was even better than expected. We enjoyed a clean, comfortable workspace in our accommodations, and after work, we got to visit the nearby beach and scenic cafés with the team, which was incredibly refreshing.

The 3rd floor is dedicated to office space. At Alpha Brothers, there's no risk of bumping into someone when you stand up from your chair, as we've ensured ample space for each person. Additionally, our library, also located on the 3rd floor, provides easy access to any books you might need for work. With around 1,500 books, our library was recognized as the top institution in the "10th Reading Management Excellent Workplace Certification."

The 8th floor is our lounge area. Around 3 PM, when the workload can start to feel overwhelming, employees often take a break in Alpha Brothers' cafeteria, enjoying a cup of coffee to clear their minds. For those times when a deadline is approaching and intense focus is needed, we also have smart work booths where employees can work alone without distractions.
