Kickoff and Wrap-up Meetings between the Advisor and Brand Groups

At Alpha Brothers, the Advisor and Brand Groups work closely together to create tailored investment proposals and service presentations for clients. In this process, a Kickoff Meeting is held to set clear goals and establish an action plan, ensuring that every stage of the project is managed systematically.

After the project concludes, a Wrap-up Meeting is conducted to identify areas for improvement and apply those insights to future projects. This process allows the Advisor and Brand Groups to leverage each other's strengths, enhancing the quality of Alpha Brothers' services.

Over six years, with a total investment of 2.59 billion KRW and the discovery of 31 companies, the accumulated data has been a result of Alpha Brothers' 'Lesson-Learn' culture, which views failures not as setbacks but as opportunities for learning.

Since its founding in 2018, Alpha Brothers has used the data and experiences gained through numerous projects and Lesson-Learn practices to lay the foundation for smart working.

A prime example is the Brand Group's archive of data accumulated over six years. This includes various cases and Lesson-Learn experiences from franchises to online services. Every project concludes with detailed records on product or service specifics, UI structure, visual elements, and Kickoff and Wrap-up Meeting details. These accumulated data points are then templated for benchmarking future projects and become a living portfolio for the Brand Group.

Every company has its own unique work systems, and it often takes new hires between 3 to 6 months to fully adapt. At Alpha Brothers, we streamline this process with two onboarding systems: 90 days for new graduates and 30 days for experienced hires. These structured programs are designed to help newcomers quickly adapt to their roles and integrate into the team culture.

1. Core Onboarding : Managed by the HR team, this phase covers the company's general policies, procedures, and culture. 
2. Practical Onboarding : Conducted by each group, this phase focuses on role-specific training and integration into the respective team’s workflow. 


During the Onboarding program, new hires are given onboarding missions that help them not only become familiar with their specific tasks but also gain a comprehensive understanding of Alpha Brothers' role as an accelerator.
