Professional Skills Programs for Juniors 


โ‘  Access to Fast Campus Online Training 

Juniors at Alpha Brothers can benefit from one of the most popular and highly recommended online education platforms, Fast Campus. This program allows them to enroll in various classes offered by Fast Campus, based on their interests. Once a desired class is selected, juniors can study for two weeks.

These classes, which typically cost between 100,000 and 300,000 won, are available for free to our team members, resulting in high satisfaction. The opportunity to learn from experts with over a decade of experience and immediately apply new skills to their work is a valuable benefit.

โ‘ก Design Classes Aren't Just for Designers 

The Design Promotion Institute offers a variety of design education programs that are accessible not only to designers but to all team members. The training is divided into basic and advanced courses, making it suitable for beginners and those without a design background. Additionally, the offline training provides the advantage of receiving direct feedback from instructors.

โ‘ข Industry Technology Promotion Association Training Programs 

Alpha Brothers has a partnership with the Industry Technology Promotion Association, which means all training programs are free of charge. Additionally, there are courses related to various roles at Alpha Brothers, including HR, finance, administration, business planning, marketing, design, and programming.

There are also data-related trainings available, making the programs well-suited for all departments at Alpha Brothers. Since the training topics change every month, missing out on a session this month means you might not have another chance to attend it within the current year. If you think, "I really need this course!" be sure to apply quickly!


โ‘ฃ The 'Work-Learning Concurrent'! 

The 'Work-Learning Concurrent' program is an approved educational program by the Human Resources Development Service of Korea. This program is conducted by four on-site instructors from Alpha Brothers and is aimed at members who have been with the company for less than one year. The training occurs twice a week, with each session lasting 6 hours, and runs for a year. The biggest advantage of this program is that it allows employees to learn while working. Finding time to study separately from work can be quite challenging.

Therefore, the 'Work-Learning Concurrent' program integrates practical work with onboarding education. Additionally, team leaders serve as instructors, providing tailored learning that aligns with the Alpha Brothers style, and fostering discussions in a comfortable environment. During this period, members can build solid skills through a curriculum optimized for their company tasks.

โ‘ค Certification Acquisition Support

Twice a year, there is a program that supports the examination fees for job-related certifications. The application process for certification support is straightforward and well-structured, and applications can be made regardless of the exam outcome. Notably, many team members in the Business Planning Team have utilized this support to obtain the 'Startup Incubation Support Manager' certification, leading to high satisfaction among those who received the support.


โ‘ฅ 30-Minute Coffee Chat with the CEO 

Every Wednesday, there is a 30-minute program where employees have a one-on-one coffee chat with the CEO. This exclusive opportunity allows Alpha Brothers members to directly discuss their career development, future direction, and personal growth with the CEO.

Tailored Mentoring for Senior Growth! 


Introducing Alpha Brothers' unique senior training program, known as the ‘Senior Mentor System’. This program is designed to enhance the skills of team leaders by arranging one-on-one tutoring sessions with external mentors. While juniors have mentors within the company to assist them, team leaders often face situations where they must learn independently and may experience periods of stagnation. Overcoming this stagnation can be challenging on their own, which is why Alpha Brothers invites experienced professionals from relevant fields to provide valuable insights and knowledge, helping seniors advance to the next level of growth.
