Alpha Brothers Selected as a Participating Company in the 'Seoul Youth Intern Job Camp'

[Siminilbo = Reporter Lee Chang-hoon] Alpha Brothers has been selected as a participating company in the "Seoul Youth Intern Job Camp," organized in collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, taking active steps to create youth employment opportunities.

The companies selected for this program, initiated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, include AIA Life Insurance, Tesla Korea, Korea PepsiCo, McDonald’s Korea, 3M Korea, Alpha Brothers, and a total of 62 other firms.

The Seoul Youth Intern Job Camp is an innovative internship program that offers young people opportunities to intern at globally recognized companies and promising startups in emerging industries—fields highly favored by the youth.

Participants undergo approximately three months of job training before gaining work experience through a three-month internship at their chosen company. The Seoul Metropolitan Government directly supports each intern with about 10 million KRW per person, covering internship wages and job training costs.

Alpha Brothers has made ongoing efforts to establish a flexible work culture, simplifying meeting and reporting systems, and fostering a more rational and liberating working environment for its employees. The company participated in the "Workplace Innovation Incentive Program" in 2021, where it developed and implemented its own innovation plan, underwent expert on-site evaluations and employee satisfaction surveys, and achieved the highest SS grade for its exceptional workplace innovation performance.

During this year’s Seoul Youth Intern Job Camp, Alpha Brothers, in collaboration with the Seoul Metropolitan Government, plans to recruit youth interns in diverse fields such as general management, public relations, and marketing, providing more opportunities for job seekers.

A representative from Alpha Brothers stated, "We feel a unique sense of anticipation, as this program, promoted by Seoul with such meaningful intentions, provides us with the opportunity to acquire talented individuals." They added, "Alpha Brothers will continue to put in greater efforts to provide employment opportunities for many young job seekers in the future."
