The Future Youth Job Program focuses on helping young job seekers gain practical experience and education in emerging fields with high future demand but limited accessibility. By enhancing youth employability and providing companies with prepared talent, the program aims to resolve job mismatches between companies and young professionals.
Alpha Brothers has established a collaborative framework with the Seoul Metropolitan Government to engage promising companies and talent networks in the online content sector. On May 9, Alpha Brothers and the Seoul Metropolitan Government signed a “Partnership Agreement for Discovering and Supporting Future Youth Jobs in the Online Content Sector.”
Founded in 2018, Alpha Brothers has been recognized for its capabilities in growth and employment. Over the past four years, it has achieved certifications such as Technology Innovation SME and Performance Sharing Company from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, as well as Workplace Innovation Excellence (SS Grade) and Outstanding Workplace Innovation Company from the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
An Alpha Brothers representative stated, “We are grateful for the opportunity to meet outstanding future talents through this program. Collaborating with the top-level talent provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, we anticipate enhancing job satisfaction and creating meaningful partnerships.”
