Active Accelerator Alpha Brothers has been selected as a Youth-Friendly Small Giant in a program organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
Since 2016, the Ministry of Employment and Labor has annually designated Youth-Friendly Small Giants—SMEs and mid-sized enterprises that meet criteria for exceptional workplace conditions, including high employment retention rates, work-life balance, competitive wages, job stability, and innovation capabilities, making them highly recommended for young professionals.
This year, the selection process was significantly revised to enhance the value of the designation, reducing the number of companies from 1,000 to 533 and extending the certification period from one to three years.
Alpha Brothers stood out by fostering a workplace culture built on trust and autonomy between the company and its employees. The company implements a variety of innovative systems, such as:
- Flexible work schedules
- Staggered start times
- Remote work options
- Workations
- Simplified meeting and reporting processes
These initiatives allow employees to focus on their work in an environment of freedom and support. In recognition of these efforts, Alpha Brothers received multiple accolades in 2023, including Workplace Innovation Excellence, Gender Equality Excellence, and Family-Friendly Excellence awards.
Since its founding in 2018, Alpha Brothers has systematically introduced welfare measures supporting work-life balance and youth employment, establishing itself as a desirable employer for top talent.
An Alpha Brothers representative stated, “We are thrilled to be recognized as a Youth-Friendly Small Giant. We will continue to enhance our innovative organizational culture by promoting flexible work schedules, active leave policies, and work-life balance initiatives. Additionally, we aim to strengthen communication with employees and implement diverse programs to improve their quality of work and life.”
