The 'Startup Leaders Summit,' hosted by Gyeonggi Province and the Gyeonggi Business & Science Accelerator (GBSA), was successfully held on November 29, 2024, at Ramada Plaza Suwon. The event brought together companies supported by Gyeonggi's Pre-Startup and Early Technology Entrepreneurship Support Program, offering a valuable opportunity to share entrepreneurial insights and build new networks.
Since its inception in 2009, the 'Startup Leaders Summit' has fostered interaction and collaboration among graduates of various growth programs targeting technology startups. This year, the event featured a range of practical entrepreneurial support activities, including keynote speeches by successful entrepreneurs, startup showcases, IR pitching sessions, booth experiences, and investment consultations, garnering high interest from attendees.
During the 'Growth Stories of Senior Entrepreneurs' session, seasoned entrepreneurs shared candid accounts of their failures and successes, offering realistic advice and inspiration to junior entrepreneurs. Additionally, a showcase of products from 2024 program beneficiaries was held, alongside interactive booths where senior companies shared their know-how and heartfelt encouragement.
The event also matched 100 technology startups with 30 AC (Accelerator) and VC (Venture Capital) investment evaluators, providing a rare opportunity for companies to solidify investment plans and future growth strategies.
