The Seoul Creative Economy Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as the "Seoul Center") announced on the 12th that it successfully concluded the ‘2022 Pre-Startup Package Business Networking Day,’ held over two days on the 2nd and 3rd.
This event was designed to provide practical assistance to aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly those in the early stages of their business ventures, by addressing the various challenges they face during the outsourcing process.
On the first day, Kim Seong-hyun, CEO of Wisess Co., Ltd., gave a presentation titled "Outsourcing Guide for Aspiring Entrepreneurs," covering topics such as how to select the right outsourcing partners and key considerations when drafting contracts. Additionally, a talk concert was held, featuring Jo Jin-pyo, a manager at the Seoul Center, along with representatives from three companies that graduated from the 2021 Pre-Startup Package (△Wisess△Poomae△Ventek), who shared direct and diverse examples of outsourcing experiences.
On the second day, a 1:1 meetup session was held, with seven outsourcing companies (△Pagei△The SMC Group△Schrödinger Film△Cliff△Alpha Brothers△Platform Rocketeer△Media Palette) participating. This session provided a valuable opportunity for startup companies to directly communicate with outsourcing firms about various concerns and contract details.
Many of the participating startup CEOs expressed high satisfaction and positive feedback about the program, stating that "the program quickly grasped the status of our business, allowing us to engage in meaningful discussions about practical matters," "It would be great to have similar meetings with these companies during the contract period," and "the program provided detailed guidance on any questions we had."
Moving forward, the Seoul Center plans to continue promoting and offering a variety of startup support programs and services even after the initial business performance briefing.
